There are a lot of liberals who should simply be ashamed of themselves right now.
Joe Scarborough, a commentator with whom I have nothing in common philosophically, flatly described the times in which we live and continues to criticise the dictatorship of Donald Trump, while a bunch of Sixties “liberals” share their fears for tomorrow like we’re all in some Bob Newhart therapy group and continue wallow in self-pity.
They are only bad assed in their own acid-laced dreams, and even JOE SCARBOROUGH is doing more than most liberals on the local level.
That’s pretty sad and pathetic.
I’m on WordPress, so I don’t take stupid questions from those who cry all day on Facebook without a proposal to get out of this situation. Maybe what I’m doing isn’t much, but at least I have the balls to publicly tell Jeff Sessions off on Twitter and send the article to the Daily Mail in Britain.
Martin Luther King, Jr. and John Lennon turned the baby boomers into a generation of cowards-and everyone on the right knows it. This is why the Alt-Right movement feels empowered against us.
Those in the Alt-Right movement view us as lambs to be slaughtered. The funny thing is that a lot of Sixties liberals with whom I communicate believe that I’m one of those bastards because I refuse to turn the other cheek. I will take the Alt-Right to task-and I kick their asses every time, because they are the ones who retreat.
When an Alt-Right bigot makes fun of someone who has a developmental disability, I simply tell him that his grandson (I confirm that his grandson went to that quagmire that George W. Bush started in 2003) chose to become disabled when he chose not to pay attention to where he was driving during the Iraq War, and that I might have had at least some sympathy had my patriotism not been questioned and had I not been told to leave the country because I demonstrated against the Iraq War (my support for the war in Afghanistan has never been enough for the likes of them).
I have never been a fan of Scarborough, and I never will be. I am a liberal and he is a conservative. Think of a peanut butter and ketchup sandwich, and there you go.
However, I will publicly commend Joe Scarborough for denouncing the Trump regime-especially since he had the balls to do it. I only wish my fellow liberals would do more than just cry on Facebook and hope for the best in 2018 and 2020.
Guess what, baby boomer liberals, that’s not gonna happen unless you motherfuckers grow a pair of castanets.
