The Dad I Never Had

Article

$0.50

This is a two-part article which may be difficult to follow,

but I hope will make sense in the end.

While I know that Jesus rose from the dead, I have to say that I don’t respect religion very much, and for one reason:hypocrisy.

You see, I was never accepted, even as a child.  I talked about that to the pastor’s wife a couple of days ago, and the suggestion was that I somehow had something to do with it-as a child.

Let me tell you about the last grain of sand which pushed me too far and let me tell inform you how I crawled out of the grave.

It was early 1983 and I had been severely bullied by Christians for years.

I was on the brink of suicide when I found this man, the former frontman of Elf; the former frontman of Rainbow; the former voice of the notorious Black Sabbath.

My soul was crawling and crushed by what the Children of the Cross had done unto me, as they spat at me, sabotaged my schoolwork so that the teacher never saw it (we had to pass it forward in those days).  I usually had to do the same assignment twice-and that was before I had even gotten to the homework assignment of that particular day.

I wonder if that had happened to Ronnie, too.

I had never made a friend in the Church, not even as a small child.  I was always the outcast in the House of the Lord, which was why I was so drawn to Rainbow, to Sabbath…..to Ronnie.

By the time I had left North Valley Lutheran Church, it was too late.  The transformation had begun, as the pastor had blamed me for my own afflictions and said he had no time to help me.  It’s funny, but I was told that I was to blame for my own experiences by a pastor’s wife as we conversed on the phone last weekend; that I was making excuses for what happened to me in those years.

Holy Diver was released in 1983, and I was already past the point of decision before I had even heard the album.   It was just a matter of how I was going to try and become successful at the ultimate symbol of failure in life, because that’s how the people at Church made me feel.  It’s possible that he had felt the same way, because he spoke about ‘always being smacked in the head by the nuns with a ruler’.

That will deter your faith-no matter what religion you’re born into.

Yes, I felt like the rainbow in the dark, for sure, and this is why I struggle with my beliefs nearly forty years later.  It’s not that I don’t believe that Jesus is the Son of God and that He died and rose from the dead.  It’s that God the Father ever gave a damn about me in the first place-and I am not the only one.  Before he changed his name, Ronald Padavona experienced something in the Catholic Church which made him go somewhere else in his later life.  However, I watched this video of Ronnie and Wendy Dio in Volgograd, Russia, shot in 2005, I wonder if he struggled in the last five years-I mean, I really have no idea, as it seems to me someone who has no interest in God would wish to enter His House.

I guess I’d have to ask someone who knew Ronnie on May

16, 2010.

I was given the news by a friend of mine from Sylmar High School, a fellow metal guitarist by the name of Kari Simon, whom I had met in guitar class.  Time stopped at that moment, because Dio’s  office was Ventura Boulevard and I lived on Sherman Way-less than five miles away-and I had always wanted to thank him for getting me out of Hell.

It’s possible that I’m doing that now, because he told me that I just needed a little hand, because he knew I could feel the hot breath on my shoulder.

Because of Ronnie James Dio, I will never say this at the end of my life.

“Dreams are what we are.”-RJD

Looking at this man’s face still shakes me-even eight years after his demise from stomach cancer.

While religion nearly brought me to the brink of suicide, this is the man who told me to hold on; that a better day would come, and that I wouldn’t be the last in line anymore, but rather…the first in line.

Lastly, the struggle I face is in becoming rich so that I can find love, but what does Dio tell me-even now?

“Love isn’t money.  It’s not something you buy.”

Here is where I move on into the second part of this article, and you can read what Dio wrote above.  I move into a different part of this article, because it is what I am struggling with right now in my personal life.  Who is there to guide me through this? From beyond the grave, it’s Dio-and the lyrics are right above.

That’s funny, but I could have sworn that the Bible states the same thing about love and courtship.

While the pious tell me I have to make good money (as hard as I have tried since I graduated from high school), I have never had much luck-even my sister told me that I am one of the hardest workers whom she knows, as I have worked in a Goodyear, dug ditches, worked with those who have autism and have been brutally attacked (both physically by my charge and mentally by his father)

Genesis 2:18

Then the Lord God said, “It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper fit for him.”

Hm.  Nothing about money there.  Let’s look somewhere else.

1 Thessalonians 4:7

For God has not called us for impurity, but in holiness.

Nothing about money there, either.  This is not looking good, is it?

Ecclesiastes 4:9

Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil.

1 Corinthians 13:1-13

If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give away all I have, and if I deliver up my body to be burned, but have not love, I gain nothing. Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful;

Gee, you mean things like: HE DOESN’T MAKE ENOUGH MONEY?

Proverbs 31:10: “Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.

Hm.  Suppose I am a poor man who only has a small bank account because I have a damaged spine and a screwed up shoulder.  I have a bachelor’s degree, but so what?

1 Corinthians 7:9 New International Version (NIV)

But if they cannot control themselves, they should marry, for it is better to marry than to burn with passion.

Something isn’t right here, and it’s quite understandable why people like Ronnie James Dio felt the way he did about hypocrisy.  Love isn’t money, but there are a lot of people in this country who delay marriage so that they can afford to be husband and wife.

Meanwhile, what happens?  Everyone ends up sleeping with everyone else.

Flee
from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body.

1 Corinthians 7:9 New International Version (NIV)

But if they cannot control themselves, they should marry, for it is better to marry than to burn with passion.

Romans 14:13-23 English Standard Version (ESV)

Do Not Cause Another to Stumble

13 Therefore let us not pass judgment on one another any longer, but rather decide never to put a stumbling block or hindrance in the way of a brother.

This leads us right back to:

1 Corinthians 7:9 New International Version (NIV)

But if they cannot control themselves, they should marry, for it is better to marry than to burn with passion.

Money is a stumbling block which causes sexual immorality, isn’t it?  What did Christ say about issues like that in Mark 9:42?

New International Version
“If anyone causes one of these little ones–those who believe in me–to stumble, it would be better for them if a large millstone were hung around their neck and they were thrown into the sea.

The hypocrisy of organized religion was what transformed Ronald Padavona into Ronnie James Dio.

He understood my experiences with religion unlike any pastor whom I ever knew, and I never met the man personally.  I only knew him through his music and his interviews-and I learned that Ronnie Padavona experienced what I had, which is why he became the great Ronnie James Dio, the last in line and the first in line.

If some of this article escapes your understanding, you can thank the pastor’s wife for that, as we had a very nasty conversation a few days ago, and you read the gist of it.

I still reel from her words, as she was not there to experience what I did.  She did not deliver me from suicide, but Ronnie James Dio was one of the people who did.  He was probably the strongest influence in my life at that time.

I couldn’t talk to my old man, because all we ever did was fight.  I still have trouble with God, because of Acts 1:8:

New International Version
But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

So, since she blamed me for being bullied and since she blamed me for the feelings which I have carried for all of those years, does that mean the Father is also like this, too.

I’d love to ask Ronnie, but I’m not totally sold on the “power” of Ouija boards.  All I can do is thank him for being one of the most important people in my life during a time when I tried to end my life for lack of hope in any future.  After all, Ronnie James Dio was the dad I never had.

Still Fighting

Article

$0.50

I’m still fighting what happened a while back, and it’s safe to say that I’m pretty much done with religion.

Religionists are very bigoted when it comes to things which they refuse to understand; those things which are either socially or scientifically related.  They only refer to Bible verses when it comes to issues like depression and aggression.  What’s more, you have read the passages which I have cited in the past.  You can read them in the archives.   You will find nothing but hypocrisy in them, as it would be nice if Christians at least tried to behave like Christ-Who actually healed people instead of judge their behavior.

Religionists hate people with traumatic brain injury.  There are some with disabilities for whom they do try to help, but not with TBI.  They still believe that to be a liberal excuse.  Remember that these people don’t believe in Science-mainly don’t understand it, and never have.  The flat-Earth belief is now currently being pushed by them again, and https://christianflatearthministry.org/ is just one example, so it’s no surprise that they judge behavior without researching the reason why a certain behavior would be exhibited.

This also happened when I worked with Tommy, the man with autism, when we were ejected from the Santa Barbara Mission in California.  They didn’t like his yelling-which he couldn’t help.  My fate will probably be decided on Friday, when I talk to the pastor.  However, I don’t care anymore.  I know that it will only be a pattern, as the religionists continue to express their ignorance at will, at the expense of people who have been hurt so many times that anything could make them snap.

Jesus healed an autistic man in Mark, Chapter 9, so there is no excuse for the modern-day religionist to hate people with developmental disabilities.

One either believes that all human life is sacred, or one votes for the political party that wants to destroy every social program just tells us all every voter needs to know.

The Problem I Have With Christianity

JESUS

As you read in the previous articles from yesterday and today (good band, by the way), today’s version of Christianity has been hijacked by greed.

Greed has been a problem in Christianity since the Burning Times, which is why Martin Luther nailed the 95 Theses to the front door of his church in Wittenberg, Germany, where he served as the head honcho priest.  However, it’s really gotten bad now.

I can’t believe it!  I checked just for laughs, and I’m not laughing anymore-Trinity Broadcasting Network hasn’t been shut down by the federal government yet-even though frauds, Benny Hinn, have been investigated by the Internal Revenue Service as well as the Federal Bureau of Investigation., according to The Dallas Morning News!

https://www.dallasnews.com/life/faith/2017/04/26/irs-investigators-search-televangelist-benny-hinns-offices-grapevine

This article states that Hinn is worth $60 million!

Now, what did Paul write about this subject?

2 Corinthians 11:7 7Was it a sin for me to lower myself in order to elevate you by preaching the gospel of God to you free of charge?

1 Corinthians 9:16 16For when I preach the gospel, I cannot boast, since I am compelled to preach. Woe to me if I do not preach the gospel!

1 Corinthians 9:18 18What then is my reward? Just this: that in preaching the gospel I may offer it free of charge, and so not make full use of my rights as a preacher of the gospel.

James 1:27 New International Version (NIV)

27 Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.;

I see that I’m getting a little off base here, so I’m going to boomerang back to where I started the fact that the Trump Doctrine is a total fraud-especially regarding to social issues and matters of religious freedom.

Let’s see.  Trump wants to get rid of Obamacare, Medicaid, Medicare, food stamps, and he hates immigrants.  Well, what does the Bible state about the treatment of immigrants?

21“You shall not wrong a stranger or oppress him, for you were strangers in the land of Egypt. 22“You shall not afflict any widow or orphan.…

Exodus 23:9

“You shall not oppress a stranger, since you yourselves know the feelings of a stranger, for you also were strangers in the land of Egypt.
Leviticus 19:13

You shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him. The wages of a hired man are not to remain with you all night until morning.
Leviticus 19:33

‘When a stranger resides with you in your land, you shall not do him wrong.
Leviticus 19:34

‘The stranger who resides with you shall be to you as the native among you, and you shall love him as yourself, for you were aliens in the land of Egypt; I am the LORD your God.”

So, Trump wants to make the Christianity the official religion of the United States of America.

Okay, let’s see what the Founding Fathers (Masons) wrote about it in the Constitution.

Article VI

All debts contracted and engagements entered into, before the adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.

This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding.

The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the members of the several state legislatures, and all executive and judicial officers, both of the United States and of the several states, shall be bound by oath or affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States.

As for the Treaty of Tripoli, which passed the U.S. Senate uninanimously and signed by the president, Article XI states the following:

See the source image

It was signed into law.

Oops.

So, it would be nice to know why those who want the United States to be the Western Hemisphere’s version of Iran and Saudi Arabia want to force any kind of religion on American citizens.

Have they truly thought this out?

Which denomination will be the correct one?  Isn’t a greenback a greenback?

Does it matter whether it’s worth $1 or $20?

What did Paul write about religiosity and money?

God and Money

and constant friction between people of corrupt mind, who have been robbed of the truth and who think that godliness is a means to financial gain.

Wow!  I mean someone is in real fucking trouble here-and I don’t think it’s me!

One thing I want to know is why I’m doing this.  I mean, I’m a death metal musician, and I really shouldn’t give a damn about this.   I guess it has to do with what I experienced last Sunday and what she and I experienced over a week ago.

You know who I’m writing about, so don’t ask.

Just pray for her.

Does God Really Care?

Article

$0.50

I invite you to reexamine all of the Scriptures which I cited last night regarding the previous article.

Does God really give a damn about people who are in pain emotionally?  Where is He when there is confusion?  The funny thing is that I’m past the pain process and now am in the guarding phase, because I received a disturbing call from her last night.

I won’t go into detail, but this is completely out of her character.  Worse yet, it’s something with which I’m familiar.  She is completely upside down and scared about what she should do, but I told her that I will support her decisions and come to her rescue-which is probably what I’m going to have to do.

I told her last night what she needed to do today in order to fix this-especially since I’m familiar with this subject (notice I’m not telling you what it is.  I’m familiar with it, and it’s that fucking scary.   The experience I had with this particular realm was so bizzare and scary one night in December of 1988 that I jumped off of that train right then.

She’s praying tonight.   I know she is, because that’s who she is.  The funny thing is that I am, too-and that’s totally out of my character.  I abhor religions because they sell you candy canes made from dog excrement.

Let’s put it this way, the Christian Right in the United States of America is a total fraud; from it views on mercy to the prosperity gospel.  It’s all bullshit, because Christ was opposed every view they espouse.

For example, the Christian Right tells Americans that they will go to Hell if they oppose Donald Trump.  Jesus said that the only way to get to Hell was by rejecting Him as the Messiah.

Did Jesus resurrect?

Well, I know how crucifixion (which is still a form of capital punishment in some parts of this sick world) kills by asphyxiation.  You have to push with your legs in order to breathe-which is why the Romans broke the legs, so as to hasten death.  I also know that Roman soldiers who fell asleep at their posts where burned were they slept.

Put the two together, and you have my view on whether Jesus resurrected or not-I mean that poor fucker was DEAD!   He was already in shock from blood loss, which is why Simon of Cyrene had to help Him up Golgotha.

As for my view on the Christian religion, it was pirated by thieves and killers more than ten centuries ago, starting with the Great Schism in 1054, the Inquisition, on through the Burning Times, and up to the modern McCarthyism of today which is particularly experienced in the United States.   Trumps has gone so far as to make Christianity the official religion of the United States, according to Randall Balmer’s article in the  The Guardian.

https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2018/feb/18/donald-trump-evangelicals-code-of-ethics

This gives one a better understanding of why Christians in America have become so hateful-especially since the turn of the 21st Century.

What did James write about the subject of religion?

James 1:27 New International Version (NIV)

27 Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.

And I thought was in trouble.  Oh, well.

The point of this is that she’s in trouble, she needs your prayers and she already has my support in every possible form-yes, that, too.  Shut up.

I’m not sure whether or not the Father cares about certain people, but I do.

Love is Love, Money Is Money-THERE’S A DIFFERENCE! By the Way-Don’t Judge!

Article

$0.50

Yeah, I’m still thinking about this event that happened to she and I.

I’m not spinning like an acorn anymore (thanks, Ace Frehley), but it’s not leaving my mind-no matter what I do or the way I numb it.

The Acorn Is Spinning, 1988

No, I’m not drinking, but I do engage in other self-destructive behaviors-which I wish I had more willpower from which to refrain.  Chief among them, I know that my Dodge Dart can go well over 100 mph, and that’s not just a bad idea.  That’s seven shades of stupid when you do that at the age of 47.

By the way, I never did that with her in the car-again, seven shades of stupid.

It’s quite certain that she’s thinking about this, too.  This is because she is not the kind of woman who doesn’t keep her word.  She knew that I was worried about this possibility, because I voiced it.

Love is love and it shouldn’t be interfered with-by anyone.  It’s ironic that somehow the one who abused her passed the test and I didn’t.   This has happened throughout the centuries, as parents broke the hearts of their children by making prejudicial decisions or by choosing not understand the suitor’s experiences.

What did Jesus say about this?  Well, I (as almost always) have the answer to this question:

Matthew 7:1-5 1“Do not judge, or you too will be judged. 2For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. 3“Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? 4How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? 5You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.”

The Christian left has warned that the judging of others is one of the reasons why people detest Christianity.  It also holds the position that preachers who preach against greed, but have plenty besides cause people to doubt the validity of the Bible.

Even though I detest religion, I know Jesus was the Son of God, simply by all of the scientific and historical evidence.   However, that’s not enough for many Christians when you have a relationship with their daughters.  I came to the understanding that my rather lousy relationship with God the Father played into this-never mind that Christianity is what made me suicidal in the first place before I was even thirteen-years-old.  This happened via social ostracization, serious degrees of bullying, and the Church’s willingness to ignore my cries for help against the spiritual violence which happened to me.

What did Paul write about the quality of faith?

Romans 14:1 1Accept the one whose faith is weak, without quarreling over disputable matters.

What did Jude write about this?

Jude 22 New International Version (NIV)

22 Be merciful to those who doubt.

Kiss, Black Sabbath, Ozzy Osbourne, Ronnie James Dio, Rainbow, Motley Crue, Iron Maiden, and Twisted Sister prevented my suicide, okay?  Enough said.

Here’s proof of that.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dYn8WOWJ2hU

The Church continues to experience problems in this area, as Christians judge actions without considering motivation.  Okay, I shouldn’t have played my Black Sabbath album in the sanctuary last week.  However, Sabbath prevented my suicide after the Church nearly caused it thirty-five years ago, and Christianity, not only nearly caused it, but did nothing to prevent it.

Hey, I’m a sinner like everyone else, but at least I try to understand why people are the way the are.  I guess we can thank liberalism and my psychology degree for that one, huh?  Parents need to consider the emotional consequences of their daughters before allowing their prejudices to ruin their lives.

Love is love and you’re not supposed to buy it.  While Christians say that money isn’t everything, that position quickly changes when they see a guy at the door who holds the hand of their daughter.

What did Paul write about wealth in 1 Timothy 6:17?

“Command those who are rich in this present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but to put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment.”

What did Paul write in 1 Corinthians 7:9 about sex and marriage?

1 Corinthians 7:9 New International Version (NIV)

“9 But if they cannot control themselves, they should marry, for it is better to marry than to burn with passion.”

Oh, and as for my doing this for the money is concerned, as 1 Timothy 6:5 points out:

New International Version
“…and constant friction between people of corrupt mind, who have been robbed of the truth and who think that godliness is a means to financial gain.”

Remember that money is the problem in the first place.  I still certain that I wouldn’t be approved of even if I became a millionaire.  Funny, but I could have sworn that both Paul and Ronnie James Dio agreed that money had nothing to with love.

HYPOCRISY IS THE REASON WHY CHRISTIANITY IS DYING!

The breaking of a daughter’s heart comes at a price, so does breaking hearts of grandchildren, as that little girl cried and gave me one of the tightest hugs I have ever felt.

Christianity proves itself to be more phony as the days roll past because of those who sit in the pews.   Hell will be filled with Christians, and I can prove it.

Matthew 8:11-12 11I say to you that many will come from the east and the west, and will take their places at the feast with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven. 12But the subjects of the kingdom will be thrown outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”

No one is ever good enough for a Christian parent.  Remember that the man of whom they approved beat their daughter severely  and he is still a negative force in their daughter’s life, as well as the lives of the grandchildren-and that’s not too bright, kids.

Any psychologist will tell you that.

Isn’t that, right, Mr. Dio?

Ronnie-James-Dio

And Rabbi, what saith thou about my faith, since I accept the faith that I know you are God’s Son?

Matthew 17:20

Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move.”

Now, Rabbi, I struggle daily in my faith in You, and I despise Your Church because of its hypocrisy and judgments of others whom the members of the same choose not to understand.  What of that?  You saw what happened to me at church last week when I was physically threatened by one of the ushers, who said that he would: “kick your ass out of here.”

Romans 14:1 1Accept the one whose faith is weak, without quarreling over disputable matters.

While we’re on the subject, what about the use of foul language by a Christian-especially by an usher or an elder?  Remember that he said he would throw my ass out, so I’m not the hypocrite here-especially in the midst of my pain.  Now, I’m guilty, too.  However, You saw me take responsibility for it.

James 3:9-12 9With the tongue we praise our LORD and Father, and with it we curse human beings, who have been made in God’s likeness. 10Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing. My brothers and sisters, this should not be. 11Can both fresh water and salt water flow from the same spring? 12My brothers and sisters, can a fig tree bear olives, or a grapevine bear figs? Neither can a salt spring produce fresh water.

Ephesians 5:4, New International Version
Nor should there be obscenity, foolish talk or coarse joking, which are out of place, but rather
thanksgiving.

Okay, Lord.  I admit that I’m also guilty of that-mainly because the deprivation which I have experienced has caused me to joke about the calmities of others.  Now, while that’s a sin, what is Your stance on my rather sick sense of humor?

Remember that he said he would throw my ass out, so I’m not the hypocrite here-especially in the midst of my pain.

Hm.  It seems like my relationship with God might be better than people believe-even if I do blast Black Sabbath in the church parking lo-or in the sanctuary, for that matter.  Jesus knows why I do that, and He gets it-even though I don’t understand everything about Him.

By the way, Christ has a message for you.

Matthew 5:7 New International Version (NIV)

Blessed are the merciful,
for they will be shown mercy.

So, what about those who go to church every Sunday and judge people whom they don’t understand?

Matthew 8:11-12 11I say to you that many will come from the east and the west, and will take their places at the feast with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven. 12But the subjects of the kingdom will be thrown outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”

Something Feels Different

Article

$0.50

(Note: I began to write this a couple of days ago.)

I retrieved some of my things today.  However, I have to say that something about this break up feels different.

There were no tears.

There were no arguments and I told the kids to take care of their mother.  I love those two kids more than my own life, okay?  I’d die for them.

I have no idea what she felt that day, and I refuse to speculate.  However, this does not feel like a normal break up.  I know that she did cry on the phone prior-and that’s not how it usually goes when love still exists.

Romantic relationships either end with anger or sadness after love has faded.  While she did cry one or two days ago, she didn’t today.  We even spoke alone briefly-and nothing negative happened.

There’s a lot going on, and I have to step back from her, as per her wishes at this time.  I’m going to step back, leave her alone, and see what happens.  It’s not my call this time-and I accept that.  Those kids come first.  Her life comes first.  Her peace comes first.

She knows that I have always been there for her, and I always will be in sense or another, as she is a good woman.  She does not deserve the stress she is currently under.

As for myself, a break up usually paralyzes me for weeks, but not this one.

It’s not because I don’t care.  It’s because something feels different about this one.

I don’t feel a desperate need to hold on as I had in the past.  I don’t feel numb (although I did yesterday).  The numbness inside me lasts for extended periods of time when something ends, but not this time-for some reason.

She has things she needs to do and I have things that I need to do.  Both of our lives need renovation, as she has experienced Hell for an extended period of time, and I came into her life during one of those moments-by mere chance.

There are some things which I am struggling with-especially spiritually.  I’m being pulled in every dimension.  However, I cannot force this.  I cannot do anything at this point-and that’s hard for me to accept.  However, for her sake and for the sake of her kids, that’s what has to be-because THEY come first.

Her peace comes first.

It’s All I Wanted To Be

Article

Isn’t it funny how American parents ruin the lives of their children?

THIS was all I ever wanted to be when I was in high school.  I figured that only losers wore ties-and I still do.

I had long hair (until my mom made me get it cut-but I’d just grow it again), I played rhythm guitar, sang lead, and grew up and still lived in Los Angeles.  I wanted to look just like Blackie Lawless; fringed boots, leather pants, hair down to the middle of my back, and the speeding tickets to match-in my new Chevrolet Corvette.

KNAC was the radio station of the entire heavy metal universe and my best friend and I would practice late into the night until we hit the streets with our friends so that we could find a good time-which mainly consisted of playing video games at the liquor store (past legal curfew, of course).  We would then go back to his mom’s house around one in the morning and compose lyrics-with bands like Kiss, W.A.S.P., Judas Priest, and Iron Maiden playing the background.

By the way, I never told my mother where the hell I was.  I figured I could always call her collect if anything went wrong-which nothing ever did.

Back when we formed the band in 1985, I told him about some ideas for the stage show; that we would be set ablaze by lightning strike and that I would literally fly over 100 feet in the air above the audience via mechanical wings.  Sure, Gene Simmons of Kiss spewed fire and Mick Mars of Motley Crue had his legs set ablaze, but I wanted to outdo both of them.

I wanted to set ablaze by lightning strike.  The only band to beat that would be GWAR (God What An Awful Racket).

As you can tell, we never got a record deal.  The lead guitarist still plays, as do I.  He’s a family man now, and I would like to be one day.  The funny thing is that I’m actually surprised that I have lived this long, as I wanted to live a life of excess insanity to match the intense depression I felt in those days.

Whether or not we would have made it would have been anyone’s guess.  We had the same odds as any the other jackballs in Los Angeles, California.  I still have the pipes to belt out any note I wish from my lungs and my axe skills have improved (ya think?) since those days, but this is all I ever wanted to be.  And if you ask if we did drugs, I’m afraid I’ll just have to challenge you to a duel.

Your pistol, of course, will be empty-much to your surprise, because people have asked me that stupid question since the 1980s-and I don’t put up with it anymore.

I guess I’ll have to find another way get that fistful of diamonds-make that two fistfulls of diamonds!

Speak Up If You Were Left Behind

Article

Nowadays, we have this ME, TOO movement.  However, I think there needs to be different kind of movement with the same idea.

This would not involve rural morons who voted for Trump because they were in red states where there legistors made sure they never saw any of the benefits of the Obama Revolution, but rather those who have disabilities and have been shut out of opportunities due to prejudice.

I didn’t come up with this idea on my own.  Thank the Facebook “liberals” who completely ignore the plight of the least and can’t understand why they are such poor representatives of the candidates whom they support.

These people really can’t figure out Y from Z.

Here are two examples.

Mike Brown My net worth tripled in the last 10 years, the value of my house doubled, we are looking to buy a new home up on Easy Street. My wife and family have all become sporty feeling and sassy so no complaints from us or any of our friends.Your low expectations and poor outlook are clearly preventing huge successes on your part and holding you back from the lifestyles you and others can only dream of. Get with the program, look the sunny side and take a ride on the happy go lucky express to the land of milk and honey!!

Mike Brown Jim Rousch when you make your own bed, you are who gets to sleep in it. You made a statement rather than ask a question. Why do you think I owe people like you anything at all?

Mike Brown Jim Rousch where did I refer to “kids” or “disabilities ” and why do you persist in trying to put words in my mouth?

Jim Rousch Macario Canillas I’ve yet to read an ounce of support for the developmentally disabled from Mike Brown. He implies that he is too into himself.

Jim Rousch Mike Brown It is YOU who hate the developmentally disabled-or, you would prove me mistaken. You’ve yet to do that. Until then, I am correct. You are selfish and care nothing about the developmentally disabled. If I should happen to be mistaken, this is the time to clear yourself.

Jim Rousch Mike Brown You have to consider all people. You don’t do that. You cast blame. By doing so, you convict yourself.

This is what someone who claims to be a liberal thinks of us who struggle to even find learning opportunities after high school because this society has the preconceived notion that we are unable to perform up to par.

It’s quite possible that some people are bigots and don’t even realize it, and bigotry against Americans with disabilities in one case in point.

Brown just refused to see his ignorance.  There are a lot of people in America like that.

Yeah, you’re a bigot. Have fun at your special meeting tonight. Will you be there with Rand Paul? He hates the disabled almost as much as you and Donald Trump do.Manage

You were left behind, too, weren’t you?  Well, you can see that there are a lot of “Americans” who blame you for something God did and for someone business and academia won’t give a hand up.

Send me your story so that I can pass it on to those like this bigot.

Uncle Lemmy Was Right

Yeah, I’m still staggering a little from this.  Once again, However, heavy metal is here when God has left both of us empty.

As for me, God has never comforted me in times like this-because God doesn’t care.  If He did, I’d have been married decades ago. It’s always been heavy metal.   If God didn’t want people to be lonely, the Bastard would adhere to Genesis 2:18 and 1 Corinthians 7:9, but Paul admits His hypocrisy in Hebrews 11:39.

How many times have I told the Father not to fuck with 1 Corinthians 7:9?  Will He never learn?  What a fool!  That asshole knows that I have wanted to be married since I was 18, so I owe Him nothing.  He owes me.  He also owes my ex.

Take it away, Uncle Lemmy.   You’ve always been able to be there for me in ways God the Father never was.
